About Jen

Up to the age of 35, if you had asked me if I saw life like a half glass full of water or a half glass empty, my realist self would have said, “It’s a half a glass of water.” I would always see things as right and wrong, two sides, black and white. Then I discovered the sensation of energy in a whole new way and suddenly my life was full of grey in all different hues. Now, this grey area is what entices me into exploring beyond my perceived horizons and seeing life with a different perspective. It has challenged me to look inside myself for answers and guidance. I have ultimately learned that there is just so much to discover!

Moving from working in the corporate world to raising children has offered me both simple and ultra-complex moments to draw from. In addition to being a Healing Touch Certified Practitioner, the exploration of yoga, qigong, alternative medicine and healthy eating have given me a tremendous appreciation for the countless ways to tap into personal power. Ultimately, the inner spark and a feeling of connection to a great unknown is what propels me forward.

I surely don’t have all the answers to the questions of the universe. I do, however, practice listening to the messages within so I may find a life of balance and peace. This blog is merely meant to offer you and me a chance to dig further into our inner core and find that pure white pearl of wisdom that carries our own truth. All it takes is one spark to ignite that awareness. Let’s find it together!
